FT Ampeg SVT48HE

I have a cool little Ampeg SVT48HE cab I got in a bundle with some other stuff. Unfortunately it didn't fit in with my plans and hasn't gotten the love it deserves. So, I'd like to trade it off and let someone else enjoy it.

I've seen different specs on the 'net, but here is what I got from Ampeg when I gave them the serial number:

Yes, that is an SVT48HE, made in October of 1996.

Here are the specs:
SVT48HE
200W RMS, 400W Program, 8ohm,
Freq response (-3dB) 60 to 20K Hz,
Usable low freq (-10 dB) 50Hz,
Sensitivity 103dB,
Max SPL 127dB,
Crossover freq 4K Hz

I'm looking to put together an SWR rig. I'd like a SM-500 or 500X with a Triad cab. So, if you have something that will work for me and want a 4x8 cab let's trade.

I have some other stuff to trade off, a NOS made in USA SVT-3 Pro, a SVT18 and an SWR WorkingPro 15 combo.

Can you tell me how much this cab weighs, physical dimensions and how much you asking for it? I cant seem to find any specs on the web.

Hi Gene,

Yep, they are pretty rare cabs, I couldn't find hardly any information on it.

It is 24" wide, 20" tall and 16" deep. According to the bathroom scale it weighs ~68 pounds.

I would rather trade it, but I'd take $350 plus shipping for it.

Well, the only thing I have to trade at this time would be a Schroeder 1210L.

Your Schroeder 1210L is certainly a nice cab, but not really what I'm looking for.

I recently picked up one of these in a pawn shop. It is gem. Very tight and punchy. I love it.
