FT Feeler: Mesa Boogie Buster Combo and Cab -Norcal

I picked this Buster stack up about two weeks ago. It is in superb shape and was told it only had about 10hrs use on it. Based upon the condition I wouldn't be surprised if that estimate were accurate. I have about 5hrs use on it.

I really like it so unless I can find a trade for something really interesting I will keep it. My reason for considering a trade is that it doesn't get quite loud enough for me. It can hang with my band, but I'm maxed out as far as clean volume goes. If it could get just slightly louder and still have non-over driven tone I would be set.

The combo would be difficult to ship so I would like to keep this in CA. For the right trade I would be willing to drive a good distance to meet up.

Alternately if anyone has a head case for a Buster they would like to sell let me know. If I could run it through my 610, I may get that little extra volume I'm looking for.

Trade Interests:
Mesa 400+
Bergantino NV610
P' Bass

The white mark across the grill is just light, not an actual mark.

Thanks for the interest, but I won't sell just the extension cabinet. I may be willing to work something out for just the combo, but in that case will be keeping the ext to use with my WA.

Have you had any thoughts on running a 410 under the combo, rather than the extension? More drivers = more clean volume. Just sayin'.

Yes and no. I actually don't have bigger 8ohm cab to try it with it. I'm talking with someone about a headcase, then I can pair it with my 610.

Taking this off the market for now. Have a head case on the way. So I'm going to try the Buster out with a bigger cab and see if it pushes enough air for me. I will re-open the thread if this doesn't work out. Thanks for the interest everyone.
