FT feeler: TecAmp 1x12 Combo Amplifier (Puma 350)

This amplifier arrived at my home less than three hours ago. I bought it on an impulse, to relieve the unbelievable GAS I had built up after reading every post in the TecAmp threads online. The voicing on this amp is wide, warm, creamy and crystalline clean. But it is at the other end of my tonal comfort spectrum. It doesn't really mesh with my Aguilar aesthetic.

Read about it here. 270 watts into 8 ohms. 350 into 4 ohms. Puma 350 class A/B amplifier. 12" speaker with a 4" midrange driver. An alarmingly light 27.5 lb.



Included is the original receipt and packaging. I am the first owner, and bought it new from a licensed TecAmp dealer.

What am I looking for? I am wide open for trade options, plus or minus cash as negotiated. PM me with offers, please. (I always find it a little uncomfortable to see offers rejected in FT threads.) That being said, here is what interests me most:

- Aguilar amplifiers and preamplifiers, especially the AG 500 SC or the DB 659.
- Mesa M6 or Walkabout (combo or head).
- Universal Audio Solo 610.
- Markbass LMII, LMIII, LMTube or possibly some of the tinier MB combos.
- Glockenklang amplifiers.

No basses or cabinets, please. I may stick up a cash price if none of these trades come through, but I would prefer to hold out for the listed items. (The Aguilar stuff in particular.) Again, please make any offers you have; I am certainly open to non-listed options. Thanks so much for your time and interest!

I have received a few very interesting offers, but I would like to keep this open a bit longer before deciding whether I will post a cash price on the unit. Also looking for a pair of GS 112 covers in trade. And no power amps, please. (Unless it's a DB 728.)

Keep the trade offers coming. I have received some good offers, especially one I am highly considering, but am holding out for some Aguilar offers. Please note that I can add or take cash as needed to make things fair for the both of us, and the trade can be multiple items. I will probably close this thread after a couple of more days, out of respect for the people who have made great offers, and then decide what to do from there.

Also considering this as a partial trade toward a Sadowsky Metro.
