FT/FS Emperor 4x12 Cab NorCal

Sign in to disble this ad
Up for sale/trade is my Emperor 412 bass cab. The cab has the extra deep 18" option, which was an extra $100. I honestly do not know what speakers are in it, but they are rated at 700W. The cab cost me $895 plus shipping when I got it. It comes with a padded slip cover, and it has only been out of my house once. It is pretty much immaculate.

I'd like to sell it locally for $700 $650, $600 or trade for an Aguilar GS112, SL 112, or Phil Jones Briefcase plus cash.

Specs:
30"w x 30"t x 18"d
Red Mahogany stain
Vintage Oxblood grill
700W
4 ohm impedance

PICS:

I am sorry that I can't afford this because I want it. You didn't mention the impedance.

Surprised I haven't gotten any interest yet. What's the reason? Price too high? Not local? I may be persuaded to ship it, but I'm just hesitant as I've never shipped a cab before.

pure curiosity - what does it weigh?
I love the look and woodworking. I am currently making my own rackmount case from walnut, cherry, mahogany, cedar (for the color), birch and ash. It might end up being heavier than the components in it but it's gonna look incredible!

Not sure of the weight. I can weigh it if anyone is seriously interested.

Weighs about 80 pounds. This company just keeps getting more popular and prices are rising, grab on now for the cheap!

In other words, Bump.

p.s. the covers are high quality, much nicer than expected.

Yep, the cover is actually pretty nice, the color even matches the cab. I'll snap a few pics soon. I got the slip cover at a discount price of $50 (normally $100) because the holes for the handles don't line up perfectly when it's on. They are still accessible, just not a perfect match. With the slip cover this cab cost me $945 plus shipping. Like I said, this cab is pretty much immaculate condition, basically brand new out of the Emperor shop.

Price dropped to $600. Really cannot go lower than this, but I will throw in two medium Emperor shirts

I wish you were on the east coast! This cabinet is beautiful. I haven't heard an emperor 4x12 bass, but the combinations of 10's and 15's made for such incredible sounding rigs.

Very cool cab, I don't have a use or the cash for it, but I'd sure like to hear it, bump.

I'm pretty shocked this is still available...I wish you would have shipped =) But, I ended up ordering a brand new one last week and the anticipation is killing me.

Best of luck!!
