Fully upgraded 2010 Mesa M9 Carbine F/T

Sign in to disble this ad
I just received this back from Mesa with all current 2011 upgrades and a clean bill of health. This is the most powerful amp I have owned and tonally is swiss army knife flexible.

Full disclosure: I had a small issue with a noise which has been fixed by Mesa in Petaluma..it has the fully ported top on it and does not get overly hot. This head still has over 3 years of warranty left on it and has only been lightly used on a couple of gigs and several practices. Been kept in an skb 2 space rack which is great protection and lightweight. Will ship in mesa box with original packaging.

I may choose to keep the head as I do love it but I would consider trading it for one of the following(depending on condition). Here is my wish list:

Ampeg SVT VR (or vintage SVT head..NOT the CL or AV)
Ampeg SVT II non pro
Ampeg portaflex b 15r
Mesa walkabout (blackface preferred) scout 12
Mesa Walkabout head in bronco headcase.

That's about it for what I want right now.

Send me an email if interested. Pix soon.

Thanks
Mark

Bump for a 28 lb nuclear dragon that combines wide, fat bottom with sweet, cutting upper mids like nobody's business, then adds flexible eq and musical onboard compression like the bitters that complete a perfect Martini :-)
