Gallien Krueger 800RB + tuner + rack case

Sign in to disble this ad
Up for sale is my Gallien Krueger 800RB bass amplifier. The serial number dates this amp to 2000. The amp is in good shape and works like a champ. The only visible damage is a bent heat sink fin and some normal rack rash on the case. Included will be a Korg DTR-2 rack tuner and a like-new Gator 4-space shallow rack.

$525 (shipped to CONUS) takes it. No trades, please.

Here are the specs from GK:

RB Series Bass Heads
GK’s RB Series bass amplifiers have been setting the standard for over two decades. Inside these compact, lightweight ‘superstructures’ is the most advanced bass circuitry available. In 1972, Bob Gallien developed what he calls G.I.V.E. Technology (Gate Induced Valve Effect). This ‘valve effect’ is integrated into the design of all RB Series heads and is part of what gives them their distinct sound. The RB Series heads deliver a warm, punchy tone with a fast transient response that not only sounds better, it feels better. GK’s renowned voicing filters and intuitive four band active EQ make it simple to dial in a great sound. Every day thousands of players around the world in arenas, clubs and basements plug into GK heads because they love that sound.

800RB
• 300 watts (4 ohms) low amp, 100 watts high amp
• Bi-amp/fullrange with crossover
frequency select
• Active 4-band EQ
• Switchabe contour, low cut &
high boost
• Footswitchable boost (valve effect)
• Effects loop, XLR out
• 1/4" outputs
• 17x5.25x8 (3 rack spaces)
• 25 lbs.

If you're willing to send it to Norway, I might be interested.
