I need some more room in my garage, so some of my extra bass gear really needs to go. I'm not enthusiastic about shipping any of this since it's all pretty large, but if you really want to, contact me and we'll work something out. I'd be willing to do a bit of driving to make a deal work, too.

I'll consider all realistic offers; best deals go to anyone wanting multiple pieces.

I'm not terribly interested in trades, but I could work a deal on a current generation Avatar 112 or 210. Other things that would at least get my attention: Peavey Classic 20, an Intel Mac laptop, a decent live mixer (w/ at least 10 "real" channels and 3 monitor sends)

I have more photos available if you want them.

-------------------------

• Peavey Mark III Bass XP Series 300 Amp—A pretty standard Peavey bass amp. Not huge, only 150 watts @ 4 ohms, but it puts out pretty good. One slider on the EQ is missing a tip (does not affect function) and the High Shelving knob is broken off (you need a very small pair of pliers to turn it). If you're vaguely handy you could probably fix it for about $5 or give it to a pro for about $20. or, do what I do... just leave it, 'cause it's not particularly critical.

Anyway, it's been a fantastic backup amp, but now it's the backup to the backup. I just used it a couple weeks ago for a monitor amp on a jury-rigged PA, and it came through like every Peavey: clean, solid, reliable.

Asking $165 or best offer.

-------------------------

• Carvin R600 Bass Amp—This bass functions as a 2x300 bi-amp head or can be bridged into 600 watts. EQ, compressor, direct out, lots of tone-shaping options. There are probably 50 threads on TB with more info if you want it.

Asking $400 or best offer.

-------------------------

• Madison Bass Cabs MAB2103 & MAB152—2 Madison bass cabs. One is a MAB2103 (2 10" speakers) and the other is a MAB152 (1 15" speaker). Both cabs are 8-ohm, rated at 400 RMS, 800 peak. They each have 2 1/4" inputs and 1 speakon connection.

They are roughly 6 years old. They've seen plenty of stage time, and have the expected knicks and scratches in the carpet. The 210 has an adjustable tweeter that doesn't work; I don't know if it's the tweeter or the crossover, but I just dial it all the way down and it's fine. The 210 also has a crack in the rear plate, which I superglued and it seems to be fine.

In short, they ain't the prettiest cabs in town, but they are solid and reliable. They're fairly light, maybe about 35-40 pounds each.

Asking $200 each or best offer. Take the pair for $375. Take the pair with my Peavey amp for $500. Take the pair with my Carvin amp for $725.
