Genz Benz GB 610T-XB2 Speaker Cabinet

I just picked this up used locally yesterday along with the GBE 1200 head. I can say that this setup seriously cranks out tone and has volume on tap that can hurt people. I set myself up a dub bass sound and could barely touch the volume knob before shaking the entire house. I am more interested in the head than the cab, however, and am going to be spending a lot of time with that head over the next couple of weeks. As much as I dig it, I don't really need another huge speaker cab right now.

If anyone driving distance from Chicago is interested in this, I'll sell it. How does $600 sound?

No thanks. I used to have one of those - I like them, but I think I'll just stick to my current setup. I would trade for a cool 16 channel recording mixer with tape ins and outs.....

Wow, so there's one of these down south for sale and another here in the upper midwest, and neither are moving! I see so many dudes playing the Ampeg 6x10 and 8x10, and the Genz Benz smokes them. Aren't there some young guys out there that want to be loud and step away from the shadow of Ampeg??? Somebody give me an Amen!

I already found a recording mixer, so that trade's out. I've gotten a couple more offers of other bass speaker cabs, but I have more than enough cabs right now. It would have to be something really unique for me to consider a trade right now.

I bet there's someone out there who wants this. Try making me an offer and see what I say.....

Just FYI - I'll be going out of town Friday the 17th of July, and won't be back until the first week of August. Of course, if the cab goes before Friday I'll post that fact here, but otherwise I'll have to wait until next month to correspond with interested parties.
