GK 1001rb-II in perfect working condition- been in the gator case since i purchased it- Some light scratches on top -- i'd like to sell with Gator 4-space case and Rack Rider in mint condition - $600 package deal. Without power conditioner included: $575. Without case: $525.
Case Separate: $100.
Rack Rider separate $50.

AVATAR 4 ohm 4x10 NEO - RED TOLEX - WITH CASTERS!

In great shape-- no rips on the tolex-- sounds amazing with my 4 string-- has a bit of an issue with my 5 string, playing low C or lower the lower left speaker pops every so often-- not every time, but in the spirit of full disclosure-- thats the deal-- i've been meaning to bring it in, but havent had the time to do so- told it could be a loose wire. Never had my GK past 5 or 6-- I played it for a tech friend of mine who said the speaker isnt blown, it just has to be looked at. Brand new, this beast is $519 plus shipping-- asking $450.

Buyer pays actual shipping/packaging costs on these items-- **BONUS** i live in central long Island, NY-- pick ups are more than welcome and desired.

The head package IS a great deal. If I didn't already have a 1001RBII I would grab this one. In fact, if someone wants just the head, I will make an offer on the whole rest of the setup.

One question. I've had the 1001RBII for around a year now and I've always thought that it would pair really well with a 4ohm Avatar neo just like yours. What can you say about the combination? Did they work well together? Did the Avatar do well with the boosted, growl-y sounds that the GK can get? Did the Avatar/GK setup handle effects well?

And just as a last last resort, can you get replacement Neo's from Avatar if it turns out to be a speaker problem? How much are they?

the GK avatar combo is incredible-- the speakers sounds incredibly deep, with any little change on the 1001rb2 coming through cleanly-- the growl is there whenever you need it-- a little boost goes a long way!

I havent spoken to Dave about the speaker, but i dont think its actually the speaker itself-- the cabinet is only about a year old-- and the defect showed itself a few days after transporting the cab-- i had no issues with it the last time i gigged it-- so it had something to do with the weather or transporting it or something-- very strange-- wish i was more tech saavy...
