Hey all, you know the amp. Lots of volume for its size (75w @ 8ohms and 100w @ 4 ohms), and a very flexible EQ (the filters are nice). The comp switch and sustain knob can really bring some volume out of this little guy. I love the sound and portability of this amp, I'm just selling it to save money for an Acoustic Image combo.
There is a chorus effect, but I don't believe it's working - there seems to be a slight change in the sound when it is on, but it's very slight.
There is a low hum when the amp is plugged in but turned off. I did a little research on this and it sounds like it's normal for these amps but can be fixed if it bothers you. This doesn't affect the amp's performance at all, I just want to make sure nobody's surprised.
I'll upload pictures when I get a chance (though I can e-mail them anytime - just PM your address), but I'll tell you now that it's got some chips in the paint here and there. Definitely doesn't look new, but these things are super solid.
Let's start out at $290 shipped in the lower 48, but feel free to send me an offer. I'm not really looking for trades at this point - I have my eyes on a specific AI combo that I need to save $ for. |

I had to pass . . . money's a little tight at the moment . . .
Ethans a good guy though. Very honest. This would make a great practice amp or coffehouse amp.
Perfect for Double bass
Someone buy this! |

As for the honesty, I was just sharing with adbass a few details about the amp's condition that I might as well share with you all. There's some glue around the jack for some reason, the volume knob is a replacement (slightly different color), and one of the pot shafts is bent a bit (though still functions perfectly). Nothing major, I just don't want anyone to be surprised.
I was surprised by these things, as well as the chorus not working correctly, and I don't want that to happen to the next owner! Anyway, I paid about $25 more than what I'm asking, so get it here cheaper with full disclosure! |
