What do you mean by older? My 90's 800rb has a handle on the side, so these will not fit (with the handle on). Correct?

these are long and "replace" the whole side. newer ones are much smaller just screw onto the front corner like most rack kits. I'm not sure when the change over happened, I just know this is the older style. If there are no holes on the side, then I think this would be the correct kit
