The main board has a couple bad power
transformers. GK said they'd upgarde it
with a new MKII board for $200. That'd
make it 700watts. That's why I'm selling
it so cheap.

It's a Mark I, but GK upgrades it to a Mark II when they change out the board. That's what makes it a good deal. You get a Mark II with pretty much all new parts.

I had them (GK) do the same thing to a 700RB. They put an 700RB II pre and power board and the bigger tiroidal transformer in the amp.

Does the 200.00 GK quoted you include both the pre and power boards and the bigger heavy transformer?

They replace the entire guts with Mark II
