Hartke HA5000

Hartke HA5000, one of the channels cuts in and out like speaking into a fan, other channel works fine. its not the preamps they work fine. I tested it out bypassing the pres and it does the same thing. Larry Hartke gave me a number to his service manager to call to find out about getting it fixed, I just don't have the time or cash right now to even look into it. Its been rack mounted since I got it, so it has rack ears, but I also have the original feet and corners and everything that they come with stock. - $125 shipped

I'll post pics tonight when I get home from work.
only trades im interested in is either a BBE Opto Stomp, dbx 160X/XT, dbx 166, dbx 1066.

Which channel doesn't work? Do you mean one of the inputs?

inputs work fine, one of the output channels( the one labeled high freq. in the pics) goes high and low as it plays, the other output works fine. its probably an easy fix for Hartke, I just don't have the cash to put towards it right now with not having a summer job, so I never bothered calling after talking with Larry. I am figuring that if no one takes it I will end up getting it fixed sometime in September.

hartke amp.

I am interested in your amp. Just have a few questions. Have you ever had any problems with the amp prior to now? Have you ever had it repaired through Hartke before? Have you used the amp alot? are you the original owner? How long have you owned it? Thanks Joseph. Oh, if you could communicate with me through email, we will be able to get something accomplished quicker because I cant come to this forum as often as I would like but I have email on my phone. It is joeturbodiesel@yahoo.com
