I just took this as a trade from an old lounge upright bass player on a P-bass. He told he he bought it new in 1972!
Its an all original Acoustic 136 Bass amp in pretty amazing shape. He said the on/off switch went bad a couple years ago so he parked it. Its one of the original folded horn cabinets with the original 15" driver still in it. Even has the dolly wheels and original speaker cable! Specs I dug up online and copy/pasted:
1972 Acoustic Control Model 136 Bass Amp, mfd in Van Neys Califorina, (bass combo, 125 watts RMS channel, 2 ch, hi/lo inputs, bright switches, volume/treble/bass X 2, 1x15" folded horn loaded/ducted port, high volume combo).
Because the on/off switch doesn't work...I can't test it. Buy it as-is for $250 OBO. I'm located about an hour north of Philly.
Gear trades are fine!!
Thanks...Denny
