Hi there,
fact-sheet at first:
*250W/8ohms (according to the H&K CS it can handle 4 ohms as well; can forward you the email, if you're interested)
*tube preamp with four set EQ points (parallel EQ), tube-growl knob and punch button
*1x10 'coax' neodym speaker
*DI, fx loop, ext speaker, line, headphone and tuner outs
*18kg/40lbs
*500 x 505 x 350mm
manual to be found here:

I bought it here recently from Mr. Majestic. To me is the best looking combo line ever, period! I also dig the construction. It has everything I'd need from bass amp, the combo is small and light (well relatively, not Genz-Benz Shuttle small and light :-)), but loud with surprisingly strong lows (definitely bigger than Shuttle or any 1x10 I've tried). It totally covers my rehearsal needs. I never gigged with it, but as always, if you play with trio in small bar, it could easily handle medium loud drummer and guitar. On the bigger stages with PA, it'd do the personal monitor job OK too I guess.

The first rehearsal, I was really frustrated with the sound of it. All I was getting was boom-boom-boom, but then i realized the PUNCH button was engaged all the time... switching it off made big difference, lifting it on the chair made me grin :-). I really like the sound. It is not pristine clear by any means, it has character (which increases with turning the growl knob clockwise) to it that some compare it to Ampeg vibe. I never played any Ampeg, so I cannot say if they're right. All I can say is I love the sound and feel of this little beast.

Now the bummer: I am leaving back to Europe in September and according to CS the voltage is switchable only by switching the transformer :-). Not mentioning the shipping would probably cost me a lot more than the combo itself. Therefore, I've decided to let it go and try to find one over there.

Hope that Mr. Majestic wouldn't mind me using his pictures.

I prefer local sales, but decided to ship anywhere. I'd like to get $250 PayPal plus shipping, but try to hit me with offers, if you have something really interesting and not too heavy (see couple of posts below)...

cheers

Thanks for kind words. Glad you're digging LDS that much. I am still thinking about building one myself back home too (or BFM Jack), but it'll be tough to find time for that, we'll see.
Anyway up we go.

OK, I've decided to ship anywhere (at your expenses).
Also, if you have medium powered lightweight head with ability of switching voltage, I am all opened to trades. Ideally some of the AI products (Focus, Clarus) or TC RH450. I'd also take GB Shuttle 3.0 (but not 6.0... not a big fan of their tube preamp).
Indeed, I'll add money from my side, if needed.
