After much waffling, the time has come for me to sell my Hughes & Kettner bass combo amp. This thing is an absolute beast and pumps out 400 watts of incredible tone. German engineering at its finest. It has a host of sweet controls and a tube preamp conveniently housed behind a blue-tinted plate - so it glows an awesome-looking blue while the amp is on. It weighs 64 lbs so I'll throw in a free mini flatbed cart for moving it around. The cart was about $12 at a hardware store and is one of the best gear investments I've made. It works perfectly for hauling around this amp (or any heavy piece of gear.) I baby my gear so this amp is in excellent shape.

Flat cart and power cord included. I'll take $525 + actual shipping or best offer. I would prefer a local or regional cash sale (I'm willing to drive up to a couple hours from Omaha, NE to meet.) However, I did some calculations and am willing to ship this amp to the lower 48 if you pay actual shipping costs. A quick estimate shows that ground shipping could run anywhere from $65-$100 via Fedex, depending on where you live. PM me if you're interested and I'll do my best to give you a shipping estimate.

I have been looking for another Quantum QC-310, here on Talkbass for three years and your Quantum 400 is the ONLY H&K Quantum I've seen. These combos are flat out amazing.....good luck. |
