no tweeter
about 30LBS

Its been used maybe 5 times with one gig and a handful of rehearsals. Its pretty much minty new. Just the one cab is for sale and the rh450 is long gone.

How do you compare it to a Epifani or Bergantino?

I've never heard a Bergantino in person, but did own the epi ul112. I have to say I prefer the UL112 over this LDS 112 as it was a bit smoother in the mids. Both great cabs though. The LDS build quality is excellent.
