If you don't know them, Low Down Sound is great stuff.
If you do know them, you know what I'm talkin' 'bout.
LDS is a one man, custom order cab builder located in Detroit. Used to be a nice boutique music store too, but Don trimmed down to focus on building speakers only when the economy slowed down.
High quality components, great builder, excellent performers.
This one is 26Wx24Tx16D and weighs in at 65lbs with the removable casters on.
Rated for 500 watts at 4 ohms. Loaded with two Eminence DeltaliteII 12's and two Alpha 6" mid drivers; covered with LDS's premium spray on liner-which I think is the best and toughest in the biz.
Comes with both Vintage Fender grill and heavy duty steel grill.
Well ready to cover any size job I've done; but keep in mind I play with relatively volume conscious guys. We use a Bose Stick PA system, so my cab is always feeding the house...
Has great "vintage plus a little more top end" kinda tone; Nice, deep bass and good paper cone grind from the Delta 12's; the Alpha 6's add some more mid presence and a little top end to the Deltalite 12's. No horn means it plays exceptionally well with tube amps, but it's a great all around cab that's really played well with whatever I've used with it.

What kind of handles are on the sides? Recessed bars or spring loaded flip outs?
Any idea what the x-over point is for the mids?

i don't know where the crossover is, other than it sounds great.
you could call or email don with the serial number from the back plate picture and see if he can tell you from the build sheet.

Thanks, I do likes my twelves, so curious George here. Plus I see you said you're done here, it is quite late, so maybe manana. I can wait for a retort. Danka.
MAJOR EDIT: OOH, my bad, you gave a very good descript of this cabs tone up aways here. Carry on. PM sent.
