LDS 2x12" Kappalite 3012HO Cabinet Sale

I don't want this anymore. Great tone, loud as WHAT DID YOU SAY?!, too big for the small gigs I play and frankly, I'm broke.

I paid $530 total for this, it's well-taken care of, I'm asking $450 cash, of course I am a reasonable man when it comes to price... It has been gigged only four times and I've never needed all of this cabinet's huge potential for volume.

I will NOT ship this. If you want it, I'll arrange to drop it off or meet or you can pick it up, etc. I live in Illinois, 60441 area code. I'll make a reasonable commute to get you the cabinet.

Please, buy this.

How much does the cab weigh, how old is it, is it 4 ohms, and how would you describe the tone? I'm in Iowa so we can maybe work something out.

I'm 5'7", 130 lbs, and have never really weight trained. Wet noodle arms. I can comfortably one-hand this thing. Couldn't tell you the exact weight.

As far as tone goes, what goes into the cab - bass, style, amp, EQ, etc. will obviously change from player to player. I use a Precision, with new stainless steels, and flat - no EQ - the cab is good and loud, on the bright side, maybe a little less bottom end than most would like. Then again, I play a Precision with SS rounds. I've never heard another bass, or even bass player, play through this cab. I tend to cut the top end very slightly, and boost the bottom very slightly, one or two decibels, and I stay pretty happy.

I'm not selling the cab because I hate it, I'm selling it because it's overkill and I need money.

4 Ohms. Will take about as much power as you can throw at it.

TTT. Somebody buy this, please. Somebody preferably in Northern Illinois. Nearer to Chicago the better.

$400 even, delivered anywhere in the Chicago area by myself. I do not want to have to ship this thing.
