LDS fEarful style 15/6

Ordered from Don at Low Down Sound in October of 2009, this is a fEarful 15/6 with a 3015LF and 18 sound 6.5" mid-driver. It is in absolutely perfect condition. I babied it during the break in period and has been gigged with exactly twice at low volume affairs.

Mine has inset handles (I can carry it with one hand if need be) and has Don's Quantum Shield which is about the most indestructible cab finish I've ever encountered.

Incredibly deep yet focused lows, full and very present mids and smooth but not harsh highs. Phenomenal cab that takes an EQ very well.

I'd prefere a local sale (I'm in Roseville/Sacramento) and will drive a bit if need be but I will ship if need be.

I'm asking $450 locally or $550 shipped.

I can take more pictures if anyone wants, but here's the ony one I have on hand:

I'm asking $500.
Does the "a bit" include the New Orleans area?

I'm trying to convince the woman that it's a worthwhile roadtrip right now. It's going to be an uphill battle.

Well, technically it's below sea level, so there has to be a downhill portion to the trip.

Let's make it a race. If you don't mind I shall be traveling by dirigible and thus somewhat at the mercy of the winds. In the spirit of every single cable installer ever how about I agree to meet you in Chicago sometime between 10 am and 4 pm tomorrow. Would you like me to park the blimp or are you okay with me dropping it with a parachute?

I just hit her with this little bit of rhetorical genius and she just called me an idiot again. Not exactly Lincoln-Douglas as far as debates go but I have to conceed that she has a point.

If there's anybody within an hour or so of Sacramento this really is a fantastic cab.

50 lbs or so, 30.25" tall, 20" wide and 16.25" deep, 8 ohms and given enough juice it will outperform pretty much all 4x10s with better presence in the lows.

I used it for playing dub and it was a monster in that application.

I've never shipped a cab but if I had the original box and packing materials (thrown out when I moved unfortunately) I'd certainly be willing to.

If it doesn't sell in a reasonable amount of time I may reconsider. If I do, I'll PM you first.
