LDS nEarful 15-6, 8 Ohms, 48 lbs

I'm replacing this with a 4 Ohm nEarful 15 to better pair with a Walkabout head (which only pumps 165 watts into 8 Ohms-not enough for me to play out with this cab). Superb cab, esp if fed at least 300 and ideally 500 or more watts. The volume of a 410 with better dispersion and the weight/bulk of a svelte 210. If you are hankering to hear what all the fEarful/ nEarful fuss is about, this cab will convince you (it sure did me).

Black duratex (has a couple of edge scratches I can touch up with a sharpie but no other flaws). Metal grille, metal corners.
23.25"W X 22H X 18D.

550 shipped CONUS from NY, or you can pick it up in Montreal for 500.

Trades considered (+/- cash either way as fair): GB Neox112 , GB SMax 12, unusually light (9lbs or less) Fender 5ers regardless of esthetic condition or country of origin as long as they play and sound good.

pics later..

Strictly tirekicking here, but I won't be able to sleep tonight if I don't ask:
--Why a "nEARful" and not a "fEARful"? IOW, what changes were made to the original fEARful design that makes this cab a nEARful?

I'm no fEarful expert, but AFAIK the box size and shape are a little different (see orig post for dimensions) and the xover is different (mine is crossed at 800 Hz). Same long x-max 3015 LF beast of a woofer, with 18Sound 6" midrange. Round ports instead of shelf. Sounds like the Godzilla of studio monitors reproducing faithfully from way down low to around 2K. No tweet. It's a carbon copy of TBer Ukiah bass' cab, except mine has the metal corners.

pics....

The minimal flaws don't show in my crappy pics. They are simply a few small areas where the duratex has been scraped off, but there are no underlying dents, gouges or dings. Sharpie cures all :-)

Does this have an attenuator on the mid?

EDIT: never mind, I see that it does.

Sold pending payment, with 2 people on deck if buyer #1 doesn't come through. I'll update the thread next week. Thanks.
