Markbass 106HR neo 6x10 cabinet

Sign in to disble this ad
*****LOWER PRICE, $650***** (local)

Pristine condition and sound. This has been gigged probably less than 10 times...as I find myself using my MB 2x10/1x15 stacks regularly now.

6x10 BC NEO drivers...rear ported

1200 watts

6 ohms

At only 70 lbs, it's half the weight of an Ampeg 8x10 and it WILL BLOW IT AWAY!!! Its easy to load into your vehicle by yourself!

104 dB SPL = HUGE punch!!

$725 is firm...possible swaps?

Selling this locally...I don't really wanna ship it. (I'm a bit north of Philly)

Yes, yes...it IS 6 ohms...not a typo! Guess that eliminated having to manufacture a 4 ohm plus an 8 ohm model.

Man.... I sure would love to take the 610 for a spin. At 70lbs....you've got to be kiddin' me. Unbelievable! Love the yellow cones and grill.

Hope this question isn't too naive, but if an amplifier is stated to work at either 4 or 8 ohms, would it still be compatible with that cab? Have been looking at Markbass gear for a while...

Sorry to jump in but your amp should work fine as the cab is rated at 6ohms. BTW Masterbass do you know is this cab is still in production?

Never mind-
Just found out it's been discontinued.

Yupper....absolutely fine. You just don't want to drop BELOW a total of 4 ohms with your head or it will get pissed off at you!

i have a markbass 102p with a 115p, i looks like you had one to. Can you compare the sounds between that and the 610? Which one is punchier?

They actually both sound VERY different. The 6x10 sounds just like an Ampeg SVT 8x10 but has a bit more bottom, is a little cleaner and less muddy, and has mucho bettero highs b/c its got a horn. Funny...if you set this 6x10 on its side...it increases the bottom end bigtime!

The 2x10 / 1x15 stack is really bright with a great bottom end.
