Those seem like nice basses but I'd have to sell it if I got it. I might trade for something I'd keep. |

Thoughts? | It reminds me of a small 410 if that makes sense. It goes low with no problem but not the same kind of lows I get with a 15. I did one gig with it paired with my Minimark combo playing a six and I never shyed away from going low with it. Sounded fine... I'm just happier with the vibe I get with my small 1-15 + another small cab based rigs.
Actually I couldn't be happier with my Bag End stack and Nahas stack rigs... if I hadn't experienced them I'd likely keep this and the Minimark. The portability is great, I didn't have to push it hard with the Minimark to get through the gig. |

It sounded good, but I didn't get a chance to turn it up. How do they sound with more power being fed to them? Have you tried it with your LMII?

Maybe I'll drop the ad here and move it there. |

For the medium sized gig I did use it for I found myself dialing back the low end at my bass... not because it couldn't handle it, it was more than I needed. That was with the Minimark, which has only voicing filters.
I have turned it up at home with an LMII to see if I could stress it and it handled whatever I threw at it including the low B. Handled my Thunderfunk TFB420 equally as well. This would be perfect alone for my church gig but they've gone to powered monitors only on stage coupled with a free soundperson (aka "sucks").
I've also tried a pair of these and for the size the output is pretty surprising. |
