I think of this amp as being a Fender Bassman on steroids. (The tone section is derived from the classic "Fender" tone stack, but with more assertive voicing, a lot more grit and a generous power section.)
I appreciate the fact that it's not
too bulky or heavy (I often schlep it up stairs w/ one hand) but it's built very solid.
The cleanest, most neutral-sounding head it is not. But on a loud gig, it's more fun than dynamitin' fish.
Bump for a really great amp.
