I'm reposting this because for some reason I couldn't edit my previous thread. Here we go again...
Up for grabs is my beloved Mesa Powerhouse Jr. This is the best sounding cab I've owned (I've owned most every Mesa cab made at one point), but it's just too big for my needs at the moment. These are ultra rare - they made perhaps 50 of these in this RoadReady configuration. Here's the skinny:
- 8 ohms
- 400 watts
- 1 12" Eden speaker
- 4 8" Celestion speakers
- 1 horn
- about the same size as a 4x10 cab
- built into it's own road case
- has wheels!
Everything is completely original on this (yes, Mesa used other companies speakers back in the day). The 12" must have been repaired at one point, as it's got a bit tell tale black glue around the edges, but everything works and sounds great. This thing has been gigged, so it's not a museum piece, but it's still in reasonably good shape.
These went for upwards of $1200 back in the day, but I'm asking $400 or best offer.
I'm also open to possible trades (no amps, please!). I'm looking for: ADA Ampulator, Ibanez USA ATK, Gibson Victory, Mesa Rectifier Recording Preamp, Mesa Formula, Fender Paisley Tele or Strat, various pedals and noisemakers, etc., etc., etc. Hit me up!
