I have come to the conclusion that I won't be playing out anymore. It's time to get rid of the big gear. I'll keep the Walkabout stack and sell everything else. I have boxes for everything so I can ship this to anywhere in the US48. If I need to, we can discuss delivery in the Chicago area or you can come and pick it up. I live near Joliet.
Always interested in hearing trade offers but I am very picky. I like black basses, especially with matching headstocks. I also like recording gear and keyboards.
Especially interested in:
Eventide Timefactor + cash
Line6 M9 + cash
Focusrite Saffire 56
etc...
Mesa price now includes shipping (Was $675 + shipping). All prices are negotiable, within reason.
Mesa Boogie M6 Carbine - $700 SOLD!
Amp began life in a 212 combo. It is in superb shape, as the pictures will show. Have the original docs and receipt from purchase. I am the second owner on this one. Bought June of 2008 and it looks like it has a 5 year transferable warranty. I haven't seen many of these selling for this price.
Bag End S15B-B - $150 SOLD!
I have an old Bag End 15" cabinet that I have owned since the early 90's and I know was around for much longer than that. There used to be 2 of them, but I took one and a friend took the other. I have stored it for many, many years and just got to the point where I have to decide what to do with it.
It has an 8-ohm EVM-15B speaker in it and I have no idea whether that's the original speaker or not. I am assuming that it is a very old S-15B-B, since it is a birch cabinet and isn't a cube, but a rectangular box. Strange thing is that there is no port on the front (or back) and the only connectivity seems to be banana jacks. No input plate either, just banana jack inputs sunk into the wood.
Anyway, it's pretty beat up, but could probably be sanded and restained. The Bag End "logo" is burned into the wood, and that hasn't been marred much. It still has the front cover, which is also made out of wood and attaches via some industrial velcro material.
I will say that it sounds really, really good with my Walkabout and my old GK 400RB. I'll include a banana jack to 1/4" adapter cable so that you'll be up and running immediately.
