Mesa M6 Fathom-Carbine bass head as new

Sign in to disble this ad
SOLD

$870 shipped. No trades please - I bought Geddyflea's Markbass SA450 so I'm set.

After putting the Walkabout Scout through the paces last night, I realize it's all I'm going to need for 99% of my gigs. Selling my new Mesa M6 Fathom (Carbine). Might consider trade for a Markbass LMII or S450 + $475 cash from you.

Absolutely no issues with it. I have all the original paperwork and the power cable, but I took it off the showroom floor - no box. The 5 year warranty will transfer. Will get pictures up tonight.

Specs here http://www.mesaboogie.com/Product_In...ine/index.html

I wonder how many came out of the factory with "Fathom" labelling(?) Might be just a curiosity, or maybe a collectors item. Nice amp, wish I could help you out there.

One of the best I've heard lately. I bought one (post Fathom - M6 Carbine model)--sounds "big and fat" and "in your face" with the turn of one knob (5 position voicing EQ settings). The only other two you need to worry about is the gain and the master. this thing gets very LOUD. At my age I am finally learning to just keep things simple. I just run everything flat. Using a Mesa PH410, Eden 410xlt or the old workhorse Ampeg 410HE.

They are worth every dime.

Somebody grab this up. The 5 year warranty is transferable
