So, as amazing of a take on the tube amp as this amp is, I need more power than what she can give me. If you want a solid tube sound plus the added benefit of an ultra-versatile, surgical EQ section, this is your amp. The way the EQ points overlap is very versatile, allowing infinite combinations. No trades or International buyers, and I generally prefer paypal. $525 Shipped in the U.S.

These are great sounding little amps that feel stronger than 300 watts and actually go down to 2 ohms and make 500 watts (don't tell anybody).

If they made a more powerful walkabout (not the m-pulse600), etc, I'd sell every amp I own and have that amp. The Walkabout is the tone king. I just sounds perfect to me. I still think it holds it's own at 300 watts though. It drove my Aguialr S810 just fine. One band I was playing with said they liked the tone of the Walkabout with an Ampeg SVT810 better than anything they had ever heard.
Bump for a great amp! I'm glad I own a Walkabout Scout. |

With my Sadowsky PJ5 and through the Epifani UL410 I had a huge but clean presence on stage all night. If this sucker had more wattage at 4ohms, I'm with Poon in that I'd hold onto it for dear life. |
