Mesa Walkabout head w/GigSkinz bag

Brown face Walkabout head FS. All upgrades done by Mesa-sounds great and has never let me down. 180W at 8 ohms 300W at 4 ohms. 13 lbs (I think). Comes with a real nice GigSkinz carry bag which fits like they were made for each other. Includes power cord, extra fuses, a spare 12AX7 pre tube. Ready to go!

$575 plus shipping

If you don't mind me asking, what upgrades did Mesa do to your amp and do you know what that runs? Was one of the upgrades adding the Active/Passive toggle switch?

I was offered an older Mesa WA in a trade.

Thank you for your help.

Sure, as I recall it was that Active/Passive toggle, also an effects loop bypass switch on the back. You can see it in the photos.
Mesa did mine for free, so just shipping costs. Pretty rare service.

Everybody loves the bag for cry eye! I got it on TB some years ago, they are not making these anymore.

As for post or pre DI, um, I don't know. Any Walkabouters got the answer out there?

Don't sell this. You will regret it. I had one just like it and sold it. Ended up buying a newer black face on. It just does not seem to sound as good.

IMO, these sound better than all that class D stuff out there.

I'll take it! Now that mine is in the headcase on top my 15 or 410, I've wanted a second one to put back in the 12 combo. PM me your paypal.

If anyone is interestedin that bag, I might resell once I get it. PM me.
