I have a new BX500NT. It is a warranty replacement Direct from Carvin. This BX500 has the newest revision "G" Motherboard, I played through it for 30 minutes to make sure it was perfect. It then was placed in my closet as a backup for my Hartke LH1000. I will sell it for $385 shipped with your choice of Brand new Penta USA 12ax7 (NOS from 1960's) or existing Groove Tubes GT-12ax7. interested - what is the revision G motherboard?

Since the BX500 first came out Carvin has redesigned the motherboard several times. They are stamped with the revision letter. G is the latest one so it is just the most current.

Ok - and what would the warranty situation be with this amp? Is this one under warranty, and if so, how long is left on it?

I usually don't do these 'yay bumps'... But I own a BX500 and it rules! I wish I could say the tube mattered but not so much. Good luck with the sale!( too many people abbreviate :)

I don't believe Carvin's warranties are transferable.

Back off the market.
 

Since I can't transfer warranty on this, I decided to just keep it. For not too much more you can get a new one from Carvin when they get back in stock. Thanks for the interest.
