New Mesa Boogie 400+

Bought December 19th of 2009, NEW (bought at CV LLoyde Champaign, IL)! You all know what this head puts out. Ultra clean hi-fi tone, but she can get gritty as well. Tons of headroom and nothing moves air like a tube amp. I just, in all honesty, prefer the grittier, rock voice of my Titan. Amp had two bad power tubes, MESA rep had ALL 12 power tubes replaced under warranty (work performed at Luthier Shoppe, Springfield (Jerome) IL). Also replaced two borderline 12ax7's, all tubes are official Mesa Boogie. Amp has just under 58 months of the original 60 on transferable warranty, and will come with a bill of sale so that you can transfer the Warranty into your name. Comes in/with the original Mesa shipping box, Black mesa folder with user manual, power cord and two (2) 1/4" to Speakon speaker connectors.Paid 1695 + tax new in December+ $40 in speaker cables, looking for $1500 for a basically brand new amp. New 6l6's(12) and 12ax7's (2 of 4) have 10 hours or less on them. Prefer local pickup, will deliver to Chicago, St. Louis or Indy at no charge. Cashiers check or money order/cash preferred. I will ship the head, but I imagine it will be around $50 due to weight.

Just a heads up I was able to ship mine via fedex for 50 bucks

Wrap the tubes separately and put them inside the chassis, saves a ton of space.

Bump! $1450 shipped! No trades please (unless it is a vintage USA N/T BC Rich in Excellent + condition). Not many fresher than this 400 +, still has ~57 months of Mesa Warranty, almost brand new tubes, extra cords, over $300 less than new (when including tax).

This is as low as I go. Only way to get one newer is find a New Old Stock hanging around. The tubes are even still under warranty! help a brother out and get yourself a monster head at the same time!!!
