Exclamation North American Made 2x10 Combo - Yorkville - $200 LOUD! (Balt, DC, PA, NOVA, etc)

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm 20 min north of Baltimore, MD (Lutherville/Owings Mills).

I am selling a North American made Yorkville BM200T bass amp. It's a very nice combo with 2 x 10" speakers.

I have used it with my rigs including electric and upright. Tone is surprisingly wonderful. It really is a superb sounding amp. It's in 100% working order. Carpet has a few "fuzzies" (some moderate wear) and the carry handle cosmetic flaw, but is also fully functional. All knobs, etc are in great shape.

It is a VERY loud 200 watts (underrated in my opinion) and perfect for private practice, rehearsal and small to medium sized gigs. It's by far the loudest 200 watt amp I've every used. Feels / sounds more like 500ish.

Local sale only at this time. No shipping.

$200

Free bump for a quality amp. I used to have the 400W 1x15 version of this same line of amps, and it was built like a tank.

I've played the 2x10 before as well, and it sounded great! Can't go wrong with Yorkville.

Yorkville stuff KICKS ASS. My stage rig for 3 years was a Yorkville combo and extension cab. Never a problem! Unsolicited bumpage for highly under-rated great gear.

If I am not mistaken this combo handles a 2ohm load according to the Yorkville site, I miss my 115 combo from the same period. Great amp.

You are correct sir, it handles a 2 ohm load (which is a VERY good thing and not common). Specs ---> Yorkville Sound: Instrument Amps

I have two Ampeg AV210 cabs at 8ohm I could stack side by side and run with this and have a killer micro 610 setup with a total weight of under 100lbs for everything that's very portable. Somebody buy this before I spend money lol.

selling locally is strongly preferred. I'll look into shipping costs over the next couple of days, but for now, it's still for sale locally. Just want to be clear, open and honest.

I sold this to Quad at a 7/11 via CL without even knowing I was dealing with a TB celebrity until I saw this amp in the background of a bass FS picture!

I bought it as a cheap 210 combo for practicing but after being so blown away with how damn loud this thing could get I ended up gigging with it! I always thought the contour button was pretty neat and adds lots of tonal possibilities. This is a solid state trooper, never had it cut out on me or show the slightest bit of operational issues ever.

This will definitely let you be heard with a drummer and is a perfect practice space amp, although as I mentioned you can definitely gig with it!

For those unaware, Yorkville Sound is the parent company of Traynor. This is a good deal on good quality North American gear

Thanks for the props John! Looks like she's prob sold. I posted it on my facebook page and in a matter of a couple of hours, I got back no less than 5 responses from people saying they wanted it (and they are local). I'll post back here if it does not work out, but for now, it looks like she's sold.

Let me know also hahaha!!! Looking for the 210b but the little 200 amp would be nice. I could pull it and throw a tuner in the spot, I have an old 400B to run my 15" and the 2x10. Let me know, thanx, Doc.

I own the am's cousin, the 1-15 version. It kicks butt, but as in all 1-15 combos, the low B on a 5er is a bit farty. I'd love to try this one out. Is it still available? If you'll take it to a UPS store and give them my address I'll pay what they charge.
