This is a now defunct NYC company that made great stuff, this cabinet sounds VERY loud..clear,warm,no complaints in any way, I've got a new Aguilar 1x12 on it's way, I don't need two.
local NY area for now.

carpet covered,steel grating, has two 1/4" inputs in back,
has after-market installed EV 12" speaker that was "expensive", according to the fellow who sold it to me.
I paid extra for the upgraded speaker, and it does sound powerful, deep and no noise at all, performs nicely,good for club gigs,etc
speaker was treated well and performs without issues
not sure of Ohm rating, most 12's are 8 though,no?. I havn't checked,to be honest.
This cabinet rocks, it performs like a champ and has great headroom..deep lows(for a 12")
in great shape,some minor cosmetic like fuzz on the carpet,things like that,
but functions/sounds like a higher end 1x12,and Definitely compact.
to be frank, i know little about it,but she's a really goos 12, treated well,(my living room amp),never pushed too hard,gigged 1x
