Peavey 1810 bass cab. Great condition. Works excellent. $200 firm. I am not too sure what I could trade. I am open to offers. Located on Eastern Long Island.

I believe you have an 1820. The Peavey cabinet with 1 15" and 2 8" was called a 1516. I don't think they made an 1810 cabinet. Small thing, unless someone is searching the forum for your particular item and can't find it because it's mislabeled. I'd hate for you to miss an opportunity to sell it. Good Luck.

It's been a while, but I think they did indeed use the 1810 designation for a while then switched it to 1820. Same cab different model number. Should say on the back panel.

Thanks!

It's an 1810. This one was before the 1820. It has (I measured) an 18 and 2x10 inchers. It also says so on the back as this picture shows. It has input for full range operation or individual inputs for Bi-amping.

PM is anyone is interested. I will deliver within reason. I plan to travel to Connecticut next month if anyone out there wants it. The ferry also works for a fee.

For EVEN trading? I would like and Aria Pro II bolt on like and RSB, Cat, or something like that. Fernandes bass. Ibanez Blazers, SR or SRX 4 or 5 string.

Cheers,

Gio

I'll be dadgummed. I apologize, you certainly knew what you have. I had one and it was an 1820. Crazy Peaveyness!!!

I owned a 1516 at one time and I was less than enchanted with it. So I sold it.

1810 was first and then the 1820 came out and it was a little taller and a little deeper. I still like the original 1810, but I sold one of mine to my friend in 1985 when he was touring with Johny Rodriguz. I owned a 3620 (2x18" and 2x10') talk about a refrigerator, that babe was big, loud and deep. I toured with two 1810's and a Peavey Max Head (CS800 with a preamp built inside a flight case) heavy head 100 lbs, but sounded great back in the day with my Alembic Series I's

Bump for a great cab, I wish it were in TN and I would get it.

When bi-amping, what's the ohms of the lows vs. the ohms of the highs?

It's 4 ohms high, 4 ohms low I would presume.

You shouldn't piggy back on someone esle's thread.

Post a wanted ad in the appropriate area. You may find what you seek.
Good luck.
