Pete Skjold prototype 1x15 3-way, 4-ohm cab

I believe there are only two of these in existence. This is a great cab: clear, punchy, and full. What's even better is that it's 4-ohm, so you can get the full power out of your head. It's got the 15" speaker, a midrange driver, and a tweeter, so each portion of the frequency response is well-represented. This thing handles medium-sized gigs like a champ. The finish is extremely rugged.

I'm looking for $550 shipped CONUS. But, I hate hate hate shipping cabs; even though this isn't a big one, I still don't like trusting shipping companies. So I'll offer a substantial discount to anyone reasonably local to the DC area who wants to arrange an in-person meet. Please, no trades.

It's *not* a Dr Bass cab. It's a Skjold cab.

It was made by Serio. Just wondering what the dimensions are so I can tell if it would stack with the DR Bass cabs I have?

Yes, the midrange is on the bottom.

The fEarful I had for a while had a huge sound, and was very even. What I realized I was missing from it was punch. This cab isn't huge in that fEarful sense, but it cuts through much better IME.

Don't know about Dr. Bass cab sizes, but my cab's dimensions are (not counting feet): 22 7/8"W x 17 3/8"L x 19"H.

Correct on both counts. The cab was built by Serio, which I'm pretty sure is the reason there are only two of 'em. It's a hell of a cab, but as we all know, being a talented builder and a decent businessman aren't the same thing.
