Please be kind - close your threads when you sell

you know its funny...I agree with you but never really thought about it.

Think of all the time saved from not needing to ask if something was still available...

But in defense, perhaps some don't know that they should or can close the thread....for those that don't know...up in the top right corner of the original post, under Thread Tools, there is a Close Thread button.

I got a warning when I posted about this. It's so easy. When you post sold, take 2 seconds and close your thread. It's easy. Saves everyone time and hassle.

I completely agree and also leave the asking price so we can get a good idea of the TB value of an item.

+ 1000 It is really irritating to spend time reading all the posts and getting excited about an item and then find in the last post it is sold. The icon also needs to have a better indicator - even if it is just red.

I do know that the web masters are doing something about this, but they can't make people take the time to close the thread.

i hate when people don't delete the previous "BUMP" as per the by-laws! sometimes there's two pages of nothing except bumps. GRRRRR!!!
