Bump for a great cab -- especially for upright country/rockabilly. I use one of these with an AMP BH-420 and it gets the girls dancing.

I almost bought one many years ago. I have a single 15 that has kicked major ass for 20+ years. Wish I had another 15 to stack with it. I have yet to try another 15 that delivers the same authoritative sound and at the same time is tremendously roadworthy like Dietz. And if you can get Dietz p/a or monitor speakers, buy them, too. That's the stuff. I even tried to convince Ray to make me another, but it's way too late. Gotta find one somewhere. Good luck.

Dietz!!!!! Overbuilt 2x15 of the blues Gods. Loved mine with a SVT CL for about three years before the van gave out. Good luck and awesome cab!

I owned one of these from 1986 through about 1991. Although it does weigh as much as a small car, I can't imagine a better built 2x15. I used to run a Sunn Coliseum 300 through mine. The Sunn head weighed only a little less than the cabinet.

I stopped in to Heart of Texas Music a couple years ago and talked to Ray about why he isn't building Dietz cabinets any more - he said that it just became too expensive to build them to the specs he used, so he stopped.

Best luck with the sale.

Im pretty sure this is one of mine that wandered west.... and I really wish I could buy it...

Amazing cabinets for sure!!!!

I talked to Shane at Heart of Texas a couple weeks ago and he has a new updated version of Dietz PA speakers coming out this year and... wait for it.... is going to start making a few bass cabs per year. 1-15 and 2-15 with better (updated but the same idea) designs and lighter drivers. Very exciting.

I have owned several 2-15 and 1-15 Dietz cabs and they are absolutely the best sounding cabs in the world. Weight is the only issude with Dietz but they ARE worth their weight.

My $.02

Traynor Amps: Bass Extension Cabinets

Light but Rock Steady

I dont play out much anymore so a big beefy heavy 2x15 is all I want for the rare occassion I turn it up
