For Sale: AVATAR Kappa Pro 115 Cabinet

Sign in to disble this ad
2007 AVATAR Kappa Pro 115 Speaker Cabinet MINT!

THIS CAB IS LIKE NEW.

REDUCED to $150.00! This is priced to sell!

I am the original owner - I bought this directly from Dave at AVATAR Cabs (Great guy, Great Cabinets!) There is not a mark on this cab - it looks and sounds like brand new. Great tone, tight lows, punchy mids and warm top end.

Check AVATAR out at Harmony Central, right here on TalkBass.com or BGRA. AVATAR cabs get great reviews from those who use them.

And please note, that though the cab is inexpensive, AVATAR uses real birch ply for the cabs, NOT particle board.

This out of production cab has the highly sought after EMINENCE KAPPA PRO speaker has less than 20 hours on it and was never pushed hard. In my opinion, Avatar makes THE best mid-priced cabs available - bar NONE!

Low Hours - Mint Condition - From a smoke free Studio. I had the matching 410 but I sold it. The new owner is delighted with the sound and shortly after buying my cab he sold his ampeg cabs!

4 Ohm - 450 watts

I have only a few feedback entries on TalkBass, but for your peace of mind, be advised that I have over 400 transactions with 100% positive feedback on eBay. I describe all items I sell accurately.

At this time, I will not ship this cab, but I am willing to meet someone reasonably close to Milwaukee.

Cash and Carry.

You won't be disappointed with this cab!

Thanks for looking! Jamie Mac

I did not post pix because it is a simple 115 with horn and looks like brand new. No scratches, no dings, no dents, no tears, no wear, no dirt. It looks exactly like a stock photo from AVATAR.

Oh, and as I mentioned in the original post, I prefer not to ship at this time...unless you're making the drive to Wisconsin to enjoy some time with OUR bat-sized mosquitos, Central Florida is a stretch for pick up.

Is this cabinet the older, smaller "C" series which is ported in the rear (I believe) or the newer, larger "H" cabinet with horizontal ports on the bottom in front?

Do you know whether the speaker is a plain Kappa Pro or a Kappa Pro LF ?
