FOR SALE: Mid 90's Ampeg VB4H

I bought this off of a fellow TBer for use in a project that never materialized.

I was hoping to then just keep it in the arsenal but, some unfortunate circumstances (emergency vet bills) have left me needing cash.

I'll be straight with you. I paid $600 for it. Then I had to put it in the shop to fix some loose wires. While it was in, I put in brand new JJ Telsa power tubes. I spent $180 getting this guy fixed up. The work was done by Brooks at Big Crunch (great shop in Baltimore!!!) I have played it 3 times (2 at practice and 1 gig). I bet the new tubes have less than 2 hours on them.

This amp is in better shape than when I bought it but, I am just looking to recoup my initial investment. I am selling it for $600 plus shipping.

I got a shipping quote for a dude in Las Vegas (I live near Baltimore) a while back and it was $80.00 (I don't know how you people ship stuff so cheaply). If you want it shipped and have a cheap way to do it, let me know.

POSSIBLE TRADES NOW INCLUDE GK MB COMBOS PLUS CASH!!!

Here is a pick (hint: It's the one on top)

One of the previous owners removed the logo and another former owner put a decal on to cover up the scratched off logo.

I would prefer cash but, I will entertain trades.

Please ask any and all questions.

Thanks for looking!

I have the Classic version (same amp) and through two 4X10 cabinets it's a pretty loud 100 watts. GREAT sounding amps.

It only took a few months to sell the last amp. I have higher expectations for this one.

I went to move the amp yesterday and I just noticed one of the handles is showing it's age. I will post a picture ASAP.
