JUST FYI, I took mine out of the case and opened her up and she was built in GB all over it.
It seemed Peavey just put the case on it!

Hows the compressor in this unit? did you find it useful? Did it add a lot of noise?

The compressor is "soft knee" so it very flexible and very low noise.
