This is a prototype tube preamp that was built by Pete Skjold. I don't think that this ever went into production, and as far as I know, this is the only one.
Headphone out, DI out, normal out to amp. treble knob, mid knob with mid selector, bass knob, brite switch, mute.
It's in good shape. No major wear. There was a handle on the side, but the screws kept getting loose and I was afraid that they would fall inside the pre, and cause problems. So, I took off the handle (and since lost it) and put tape over the holes. Not the classiest solution, but it works.
