This is in good shape. I bought it from a TBer 6 months or so back. Gary at EA put a new power supply to quiet the amp more. I am looking to get $1300.00. You pay shipping. I picked up a couple of Accugroove cabs (thunderfunk amp too) and am satisfied for the time being.
Thanks,
Russ

It has pics from Dec. 05. I also see that I paid $1200.00 + shipping so I am willing to let it go for that. My camera batteries are dead will buy some Monday and update photos by Tuesday (hopefully). FS: EA IAmp800 combo

| | I've got to admit it's getting better | | Join Date: May 2005 Location: Duluth, Georgia | | | Just curious Russ, how would you say the EA compares to the T'funk tonally(besides the fact that the EA is a combo)?

Really hard to compare though because the Accugroove I run it through has silk tweets and the EA has a horn. So if I went EA and Tfunk through same cab I feel it would be a better comparison. Sorry I cannot be more help. |

Is this no longer gear that people want? |

Disclaimer: the accounts of breakfast and wives being produced by EA products are highly exaggerated.
This is a very good amp, it is very very clean. I do not go for tags like mint because it is used. Mint and used do not go hand in hand imho. However, I do not find it hard to give it a 9+.
Thanks for the interest,
Russ |

| | Registered User | | | | | I do apologize!! I didn't notice the small "c" after the model name. You are right, that is a good price for the combo. I wonder if others aren't making the same mistake and don't realize it's a combo. I have both the 800 and the 350combo and really like the tone of the EA line. Again, I'm sorry and hope you can sell this quickly.

I tried to add feedback for Russ but the site would not let me. He sold me his EA 12 coax cab but he still has this combo for sale.
Again, Russ is a stand-up guy. Oh, I also I wanted to clarify that when I said he does not push his gear, I meant that he does not over-drive it and takes very good care of it. I really wish I had $1200 extra so I could get it!
So bump for a great guy selling a great combo amp.

Adrian, no worries on the amp pricing. I understood you were attempting to help me out and I don't worry about stuff like that.

Gosh, that was kind kind of selfish of me. I feel bad now...
