I have two of these little preamps, and only need one. This was my "secret weapon" back when I was in the studio a lot in the late '90s, and it still sounds great. I also used one for years as a buffering preamp for my old Kay upright. The notch filter was helpful at fighting feedback, as well. These are really great preamps, IMHO/IME, though you don't see them very often.
I'd like $100, shipped within the lower 48. It comes with the AC adapter.
In the pic, below, it is the lighter grey box on top of the rack on the left (with the blue Fat Drive sitting on top):
