Streamliner 900 as new, Purchased from a dealer and will ship in original packaging and paperwork.
I have two of these but need cash so one needs to go. $ 699 shipped within CONUS, I am open to ship it overseas if buyer paid the shipping.
I will accept a bass for trade or partial trade . Fender, GL, Lakland, Sting Ray, let me know what you have.

Maybe he just don't wanna ship it to Canada. |

You can take it or leave it but it is not cool post these comments in a for sale. Now I can understand why some people dont want to ship to Canada

FS threads are not open to opinions about the price, and commenting on shipping or paypal fees is a real no-no.
Regardless... this is a stupid good price for one of the best amps in bassdom.... you should feel lukcy just to find one at all... I sold mine in less than a week for considerably more than this, regardless of shipping....

If this is confusing, I would recommend reading the classifieds sticky before questioning a seller, on a item, on open forum.

| | Registered Schmoozer. | | | | | Hunh. While I am surprised at the $100 increase to ship to Canada, if that's how much it costs, it's unreasonable to expect the seller to eat it. It might be more productive to chat with the shipping companies to see if there are more economical options (you'll need size and weight of package), or to ask the seller, nicely, to check for you. If you can in fact get a new one for $20 less, congratulations, that sounds like a good deal. Make sure it's from an authorized dealer, so you get the warranty.
Meanwhile, $699 shipped (at least CONUS) IS a tempting price on this head. A nice thing about the Genz heads is that the warranty is transferable. Kudos to the seller for holding on to the paperwork to help with that.
Bump, and good luck on the sale. |

Now I can understand why some people dont want to ship to Canada | Not to mention you do not know if it needs to be boxed by the shipper which could cost more money since some do not want to be bothered so be careful what you say. Why you may ask ? Unless you are walking in this persons shoes then you do not know exactly what needs to transpire to get the head to you 'nuff said!!!

In my post I just stated I could get a new one for almost the same price without having to have it shipped and pay customs on it, I was not questioning the sellers price.....just saying

Didn't mean any harm....

Shipping costs go up daily due to fuel costs. Also, custom fees are stupid expensive depending on several things. When I sell stuff International, I get the same complaints from buyers all the time regarding shipping costs. But it is what is my friend, but cost questioning is for the PM's:
FedEx International Priority® 127.84
FedEx International Economy® 117.84
FedEx International Ground® 82.04
And com'on! Lets not highjack this wonderful GB Streamliner thread to talkbass forum rules. If you don't like what the rules are, send a message to the moderator
Beyond that, I wished I had the cash for this beast. Knowning me, I'll probably sell another piece of gear to buy one! At $699 shipped CONUS, I would expect it to be sold by now Quote:

If a package is less than 4lbs you can send it first class anything over 4lbs MUST be sent at the very least Priority Mail (they no longer have ground service to Canada). I just ran into this issue recently sending a cab to Canada, there is ground service from Canada to the US but not the other way around.
