I gotta say .... the PSA is a great ~do all~ from Tech 21. It can be made to cover all of their bases for basses. I've heard them sound like VT Basses, BDDI's as well as other tones that are very practical and quite usable.
I heard this You Tube vid with the PSA used with a Lakeland bass today and it's obvious that the PSA is the Uber-Tech 21. All analog signal path, a hundred memory slots, FX loop, stereo outs, easy usage (once you decipher the weird labels Tech 21 used on the controls it's stupid-easy to operate). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWvHg-zllrA
I think a lot of bass players aren't aware of how widely useful and versatile the PSA is. And the inclusion of the Midimoose just puts all of that practicality at your feet. This is a sha-mokin' deal. I only wish I was able to take advantage of it at this instant! I used to own one of them and highly regret having sold it. When I get my greasy palms on another one I'm never turning loose of it! I'd really like to add another one to my modular bass rig.
Best of luck Kringle ... hopefully it'll move soon. And just maybe it'll move into my studio! Money makes many things happen, it's just a matter of securing some!
