what other description could you want in response to 'packaging other than the original'? I'm sure he'll get this beautiful cabinet into a buyer's hands properly.

Basically what he is asking is this. After you pack it for shipping, can it be dropped on its corner, from a height of six feet, onto a hard concrete floor, and not sustain any damage?

That's right, chief. Which one of all you opinionated comedians actually has had to deal with filing a damage claim with any of the usual carriers. Did you enjoy that process? Nuff said. BTW - Dean is the good looking one; I'm the one with the big... bass

I have had to file many claims for the store I worked at, 1 missing claim(took 6 months to get paid when DHL Admitted that their driver lost the package) and damage claims NEVER get paid!

I understand, just ribbing you a little.

Quite ok Ol' Boy... lol.

I really think this is a great deal but I'm a stickler for the packing. Too many mishaps...IME. I didn't comment further as not affect Mr.Fretless's sale with my anal opinion. Most likely it would be packed very well and arrive in good shape, I just don't want to risk it is all. Dang it I would like to have one of these cabs .. again...

I've had to deal with it too chief, but regardless of that, did you think I'd wrap it in newspaper and hand it to UPS on fire or something? lol.

Let us also keep in mind that the big bad "original packaging" ended up in the cab arriving to the store with a busted caster LOL.

+1 LOL.
for sure that can happen too.
Not that you really care but my other thing is resale I find that it's a plus to have the original packaging. (providing it didn't get destroyed when a person receives it) I just had to replace my Epifani 410 box at a cost of $25.00 (my choice) glad it didn't get trashed being flat and empty... ha.

Also, I miss my NV215 a lot and the only reason I sold it was a hard load into my Mazda 3i. Just a great cab. I keep wanting another dang.....

This is the harsh reality I had to face too. I can barely get my UL410 in my Honda Element without screwing up my back, or my leg, or my [insert old man body part here]....

Now I was thinking, if I took the drivers out and mounted them in the 'original shipping box'.....

I'm done..............sorry.
