I have a new Trace Elliot AH500-7 500W Bass amplifier head. I won it from a Bass Player Magazine Giveaway and have offered it for sale locally since I got it because I’m not in a band and have no use for it. Unfortunately it’s been hard to sell during these bad money times. Musician’s Friend has been asking $1200 for the head alone. I have been asking $1200 for the head including the 4x10 cab that came with it (I won that too) and still haven’t found anyone who has the money to buy both so now I’ll offer to sell them separately.
$650 for the head plus $30 shipping to main 48. It also comes with a metal four-button floor controller (mute, compressor in-out, 7 band EQ on-off, TE tone preset), speakon cable and a heavy cover with the Trace Elliot logo.
When I first set it up to show a potential buyer there was a ‘pop’ sound when you turned it on. I sent it to be factory repaired (under warrantee) and I have all documents for that as well as the Bass Player Magazine Giveaway documents if you’d like to have copies. It’s fine now, they replaced a ‘power module’? The picture is from the TE web site, I will take more pictures if you like.
