I have a
Mesa Powerhouse 212 8 ohm in new condition with the cover and wheels. It's a beautiful sounding cab. I'm just not into it. As you probably know, this cab is deep and rich, and can produce blistering sheen on the top end. Very much suited to, among other things, aggressive pick playing. It's been used at one gig by me. It has the black vinyl/black grill. Everything works and looks like new.
For those of you in the GTA, this cab is actually in better condition than the new PH212 that Long & McQuade has on the floor right now with $810 on the sticker. The point is, you're getting a very clean and cared for piece of kit here.

I would jump at a trade on a more mid-forward cab suitable for finger style rock, for instance...
