Tronix head from combo - needs work!

This is the head portion of an ooooold Tronix combo amp (guitar). The trem doesn't work (might just need a new pot). When it was hooked up to a speaker, there was a nasty hum (might be the speaker, but I don't know).

This would be great for any DIY dude who wants to play around and get something working.

That looks very similar if not identical to a "Rainier Guitar 30" combo I have. I really like the Sammi speaker in it.
