Now this is embarrassing. Ever read "The Gift of the Magi"?
I wanted a Walkabout and finally got one from Lomo in a trade. It is a beautiful blackface in great condition. Here is a pointer to
the original post.
Now my wife informs me she had bought me a used Walkabout for Christmas (Red Face - both the amp and her). It has the mods and is in good condition. There are some minor scratches on the top and some of the lettering near the input jack has worn away.
I'm offering the same deal as Lomo before me: the silver/red one shipped CONUS for $530 or the blackface for $750.
I'm only selling one of them - whichever goes first. I don't know anything about shipping to Canada, so if it comes to that I'll learn something and you'll bear the extra cost. Fair?
